Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
Websites:
Once website creation has begun, you may not cancel the order unless otherwise stated in the contract you have signed.
Hosting:
Hosting is on a month to month basis and you may cancel your hosting options at anytime. The month on which you shut down your account will still be billed and won't be refunded. If you choose to pay service months in advance, then those months that have not gone by will be refunded.
Domains:
Domain names are on a year to year basis and you may cancel your domain options at anytime. Because it is on a year-year basis, you may transfer your domain name or stop payment on domain name at the end of to year.
What is the contract for website packages?
This contract is designed to protect both parties from each other. Both parties may make changes on the contract, until both parties have signed the contract. Changes thereafter, must be discussed between both parties. To see an example of the contract, please click here.
Do you take international orders?
If you are able to pay with credit card, we would be happy to accept your order. Your credit card company will automatically convert what we charge in U.S. currency to your local currency. .
How long does it take?
Depending on the size of website you have ordered, it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Expect shopping carts and catalogs to take a little longer, depending on the amount of products you are selling.
